Overview
Good rules are short, specific and describe one situation each.
Clear examples:
- When a customer asks about weekend visits, say we work Saturdays from 9 to 2 and are closed Sundays.
- Never promise same day service. Offer the next available booking instead.
- If someone asks about commercial jobs, collect their company name and tell them our team will call.

Avoid vague rules such as be nicer. Test each new rule in Test Drive, then edit or remove it from the saved list if the result is not right. Rules appear on both the Text.st AI page and Test Drive.
