Overview

When you add your website address on Business Knowledge, Text.st imports your public pages so the assistant can answer from them.

  • Your plan includes a page allowance for the whole workspace. Business Knowledge shows how much you have used.
  • Imported pages are checked again regularly so changes reach the assistant.
  • A page is removed only after it has been missing from your website for two checks in a row, so a short outage never erases knowledge.

If you change prices or services on your website, the next check picks them up. For urgent changes, also update your business summary or services directly.
