The Business Knowledge Score on the Dashboard shows how complete your assistant's information is, from 1 to 100%.
It adds up five parts:
- Business profile: 20%
- Business hours: 20%
- Services: 25%
- Business summary: 15%
- Knowledge files or website: 20%
More details
To raise the score, open Business Knowledge and fill in whichever part is missing. A higher score means the assistant can answer more customer questions without asking your team.
