Are SMS charges included in my plan?
Your plan covers Text.st features and its included AI replies. SMS sending, SMS receiving and applicable carrier charges are billed separately as Messaging usage.
Do I pay for incoming texts?
Yes. Receiving rates depend on your texting number’s country and type, and carrier charges may apply. Incoming messages do not use your AI reply allowance.
What is an SMS segment?
An SMS segment is a billable part of a text. Longer messages, emojis and some characters can create several segments, so one Text.st AI reply can produce more than one SMS segment.
What happens when my included AI replies run out?
Core includes 1,000 AI replies per billing period, then $0.025 per extra AI reply. Scale includes 5,000, then $0.02 per extra AI reply. SMS delivery and carrier charges remain separate. Compare plans.
When will I be charged?
Your plan is paid at checkout. The first active month begins after certification approval, and the next plan payment is 30 days after approval. Confirmed messaging usage and any AI reply overage are collected when your account reaches its usage billing threshold, with the remaining confirmed usage collected at renewal. The threshold triggers a payment and does not limit spending.
Can my phone number have a monthly fee?
Your Text.st plan includes phone number rental in: Belgium, Canada, Estonia, Finland, France, Lithuania, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States. For other countries, any monthly number rental fee is shown during setup.
Is messaging certification an extra charge?
No. Text.st covers required messaging certification, registration and verification fees, including applicable 10DLC fees. Your plan, messaging usage and any agreed Regional Number Fee are separate.
Does Available mean I can text immediately?
Available means the country is part of Text.st’s phone number catalog. Number stock is confirmed during setup, and live messaging requires Text.st certification approval. Reviews typically take 3 to 20 business days after a complete application is submitted.
Why do rates differ between countries?
Sending rates follow the recipient’s destination country. Receiving rates follow your approved texting number’s country and type. Carrier charges can also vary by network.
Are the displayed rates live?
The rate table is a dated estimate. Rates can change, and actual billing uses confirmed messaging costs.
