Why verification matters
Mobile networks review business messaging to confirm who is sending texts and how customers agree to receive them. Verification helps reduce spam and supports trusted communication.
Requirements depend on your texting number and where you send messages.

A2P 10DLC, explained simply
10DLC means a local phone number with 10 digits. A2P 10DLC is the registration used for business texts sent through software to US customers from these numbers.
It covers your business identity, how you plan to use messaging, and how customers give permission to receive texts.
Numbers with a toll free prefix use a separate verification process. Other countries can have different requirements.
