Uploaded files teach the assistant details that are not on your website, such as price sheets, service menus and policies.
- Open Business Knowledge and upload the file.
- Each file can be up to 15 MB. Your plan also sets how many files you can keep.
- Wait until the file shows Ready.

Tips for accurate answers:
- Write one service and one price per line.
- Say clearly when a price is a starting price or needs an inspection.
- Remove old price lists so the assistant never quotes outdated numbers.
