Update prices, hours or seasonal services

The fastest way to change what the assistant tells customers.

Overview

When something changes, update it where the assistant reads it first:

  • Hours: edit Business hours on Business Knowledge.
  • Prices and services: edit Services, and replace any uploaded price list.
  • Temporary offers: add a Teach Text.st rule, then remove it when the offer ends.

Changes apply to new replies right away. Website pages update on the next regular check. Run Check for conflicts on the Text.st AI page to find old statements that disagree with the new ones.
