Keep Business hours accurate on Business Knowledge, including holidays.
In Text.st AI Settings, choose an After hours option: keep helping, or collect details for your team.
If you offer emergency service, add a Teach Text.st rule that explains exactly what counts as an emergency and what the customer should do.
