Control whether the assistant replies automatically to customers.

Overview

Text.st AI Settings on the Text.st AI page starts with the Assistant replies switch.

When it is on, the assistant replies to customer texts automatically. When it is off, no automatic replies are sent and your team replies from the Lead Inbox. Test Drive conversations still work so you can keep testing.

Only the workspace owner can change this setting. It saves immediately.
