Overview

The behavior section on the Text.st AI page controls conversations:

  • Goal follow ups: how many times the assistant may ask for the booking or goal (1 to 3).
  • Approach: supportive, balanced or direct.
  • Reply length: short or standard.
  • Handoff timing: after how many unclear exchanges a person is asked to step in.
  • After hours: keep helping, or collect details for your team.
  • Boundaries: how patiently it handles repeated or abusive messages.
