Choose the assistant's reply tone

Pick one or two tones that the assistant blends in every reply.

Overview

Under Reply tone in Text.st AI Settings, choose up to two tones: Professional, Friendly, Concise, Empathetic, Confident or Casual.

Changes save automatically and apply to future replies. Workspaces that never chose a tone use Professional and Friendly. Only the owner can change tones.

  • Select a tone card to add it. A selected card shows a check.
  • Select it again to remove it. At least one tone must stay selected.
  • If two are already selected, remove one before choosing another.
