Overview

Test Drive lets you play the customer and see how the assistant replies using your current settings, tones and Business Knowledge.

Test conversations are kept separate from real leads. Select Open Lead Inbox to review them alongside your inbox.

Open Test Drive.
Type a message as a customer would.
Review the reply, then adjust settings or use Teach Text.st to improve it.

Turn assistant replies on or offControl whether the assistant replies automatically to customers.Choose the assistant's reply tonePick one or two tones that the assistant blends in every reply.Adjust how the assistant conversesFollow ups, approach, reply length, handoff timing, after hours and boundaries.
