Find conversations, read lead details and reply to customers.

Overview

The Lead Inbox lists every lead with its text conversation.

Leads created from Test Drive are kept separate from real customer leads.

Select a lead to open the conversation.
Use the filters to focus on leads that need you, such as leads where the assistant is replying or leads that need a person.
The details panel shows the lead summary, the service requested, the source page and any attachments.
