View or download photos and documents sent through your website widget.

Overview

When a widget form includes a Photo or file field, uploaded files appear in the lead details under Attachments.

Files stay private. Each open or download creates a link that stops working after five minutes, so select View again if a link expires.

Open the lead in the Lead Inbox.
Under Attachments, select View to open the file in a new tab, or Download to save it with its original name.
