Search and filter leads in the Lead Inbox

Find leads by name or narrow the list by status, source, service, language, assistant state or activity.

Overview

No leads here yet means no visitor has texted yet. New website visitors show up the moment they text.

  • Type in Search leads to find someone by name or number.
  • Use the quick filters All, Needs you, Talking and Booked.
  • Select Filter to open Filter leads. Choose Lead status, Lead source, Requested service, Language, Assistant state (Any, Replying or Paused) and Last activity (Any time, Last 24 hours, Last 7 days or Last 30 days).
  • Select Apply filters, or Clear filters to see everyone again.
