Export leads to a CSV file

Download selected leads, the current view or all leads, with optional transcripts and notes.

Overview

To export specific people, tick Select this lead on each one first. If you see No leads match this export, change your filters or selection.

  • Select Export in the Lead Inbox toolbar. Choose Export selected, Export current view or Export all leads.
  • In Export leads, choose the fields: Standard fields, Recommended, All available fields or Choose fields.
  • Optionally turn on Include conversation transcript and Include private notes.
  • Select Export CSV.
