Use your order or account for the allowance and terms that apply to your workspace. The Pricing page describes current plans. Do not assume that adding more Website Widgets increases the shared workspace allowance.
Understand the measures
Text.st AI replies and SMS usage are different metrics. A single visible text can use more than one SMS segment because of length or characters. Regional number, carrier, registration, usage and applicable tax charges may be separate.
Review an unexpected amount
Compare the amount with your order, current plan and relevant usage period. If it still appears incorrect, contact support with the account email, business or workspace name and payment reference. Never send complete card details.
