When the active month begins
The initial payment prepays the first active month. Waiting for messaging approval does not consume that paid month. The first active month starts when messaging is approved, and the next plan payment is 30 days after approval, followed by monthly renewal.
Before compliance submission
If you cancel before the compliance application is submitted, the current policy provides a refund of the full captured initial payment, including the base plan payment, any Regional Number Fee and refundable tax.
After submission while pending
If you cancel after submission and before approval, the fixed cash refund is $25 for Core or $100 for Scale. If a Text.st mistake causes verification failure, Text.st resubmits at no additional cost or refunds the initial payment in full. The Refund Policy controls and explains limits after activation.
