How the Widget Studio works: edit, preview, publish and install.

Overview

A Website Widget lets visitors start a text conversation from your website.

In the Widget Studio

On tablets, switch between Edit and Preview with the control under the command bar.

  • Use Quick edit for the main text and actions.
  • Use More options for form fields, phone number display, brand and behavior.
  • Check the Live Preview.
  • Select Publish to make your changes live.
  • Install the widget on your website once.
