Set up widget actions

Choose the actions visitors can pick when they open the widget.

Overview

When a visitor opens the widget, they choose an action such as booking a service, asking for a quote or asking a question.

When an action includes a service picker, it lists your active services. After the visitor submits, the conversation continues by text from your business number.

  • Open Quick edit in the Widget Studio.
  • Turn actions on or off and edit their titles.
  • Select an action to manage its form.
