Add or remove widget form fields

Manage the fields visitors fill in, including optional fields and file uploads.

Overview

Open More options, then Form fields.

Mobile number is always included and required. You can add Full name, Details and, when available, a Service picker. Optional choices also include Email address, Company or organization, Topic or category, Urgency, Photo or file upload, ZIP or postal code and Address.

A form can show at most 8 fields, including Mobile number. File uploads accept JPG, PNG, WebP and PDF up to 8 MB.

  • Select Add field and choose a field. Each field can be added once.
  • Edit a field to rename it, mark it required or optional, or change its choices.
  • Reorder or remove fields.
