Understand verification statuses and timing

What each verification status means and what to expect while you wait.

Overview

After you submit verification, the status shows where it stands:

  • Pending approval: your form is complete and queued for the carrier.
  • In review: the carrier has received it and is reviewing.
  • Approved: your number can send texts to customers.
  • Action needed: the carrier asked for corrections.

More details

Most reviews finish within 3 to 5 business days. In some cases, carriers can take up to 20 days. You will get an email when the result arrives. Your Dashboard always shows the current status.
