What a carrier ready consent form must include.

Overview

Carriers want to see how customers agree to receive your texts. A good consent form shows:

  • A phone number field.
  • A consent checkbox that is not checked in advance.
  • Clear wording about the kind of messages, frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and that replying STOP ends texts.
  • Links to your privacy policy and SMS terms.
