Add website pages and files

Import website content and upload documents for the assistant to learn from.

On Business Knowledge you can add sources

Each source shows its status while it is processed, then Ready when the assistant can use it. If a source fails, remove it and add it again. Very large sources may take a few minutes.

  • Add your website address to import its pages.
  • Upload files such as menus, price sheets or policies.
