Verification statuses and corrections

What each verification status means and how to respond to a rejection.

Common verification statuses

You receive a notification when the status changes. Text.st cannot speed up the carrier review.

  • Not started or incomplete: some required answers are missing.
  • Submitted or pending: the carrier is reviewing your application. This usually takes 3 to 5 business days, though in some cases it can take up to 20 days.
  • Approved: you can send texts to customers.
  • Rejected or corrections needed: update the answers it points to, then resubmit.
