Why carriers require verification and how to finish it in Text.st.

Overview

Phone carriers require businesses to register before sending texts. Text.st shows only the questions and documents required for your country and number type.

After you submit, the status updates as the carrier reviews it. If corrections are requested, you will be asked to update the answers and resubmit.

  • Open the Verification step.
  • Work through each section. The Verification Assistant shows what is prepared and what is still missing.
  • Use Review next item to jump to the next missing answer, or Review application when everything is ready.
  • Check every answer, confirm the required statements yourself, then submit.
