Texting Number & Approval

Manage texting numbers and sending limits

See your numbers and set daily and monthly segment limits.

Overview

The monthly limit must be at least the daily limit. Limits count SMS segments. When a limit is reached, texts stop until the next day or month.

  • On Account, select Manage Texting in the Texting Number card.
  • Your texting numbers lists Primary and Additional numbers with their status.
  • Under Sending limits, set the Daily segment limit and Monthly segment limit, then Save limits.
