Invite team members and understand roles

How owner and member roles differ and how invitations work.

Workspaces have two roles

To invite someone, open Team and select Invite Team Member, then enter their work email. The invitation email stays valid for 24 hours. A workspace can have up to 10 team members besides the owner.

  • Owner: manages settings, billing, verification, numbers, widgets, Business Knowledge, integrations and the team.
  • Member: works with the Lead Inbox, CRM and Bookings, and can view the Text.st AI page.
