Save, leave and resume onboarding

How Back, Continue and Save and exit work, and what to do when a step will not continue.

Overview

The onboarding sidebar shows Step 1 of 5 through Step 5 of 5: Business, Texting number, Payment, Verification and Finish.

If Continue does not move you forward, read the message on the step:

If you were partway through an older version of onboarding, Text.st resumes you at Texting number when your Business step is complete, otherwise at Business. Nothing you saved is lost.

  • Select Continue to save the current step and move on.
  • Select Back to return to the previous step without losing what you entered.
  • Select Save and exit to leave. Progress saves automatically, and the next time you open onboarding you return to the step where you stopped.
  • Add your business name and industry: complete those Business fields.
  • Pick an available number: choose a number on the Texting number step.
  • Complete your payment to continue: finish the secure payment on the Payment step.
  • Submit your details for review to continue: send your Verification details.
