Finish setup and go live

What the Finish step shows for each verification result and what to do next.

Overview

The last step is labeled Finish, or Go live once your business is approved.

Your monthly plan starts 30 days after your business is approved.

  • Your setup is complete: verification is still in review. Select Finish. We email you the moment it is approved.
  • You're approved, ready to go live: select Go live. Switching on starts real texting for your leads. The button then shows You're live.
  • One detail needs fixing: select Fix my details, correct the highlighted details in Verification and send them again. There is no extra charge.
  • We couldn't get your business approved: future billing is stopped, a refund is started and the held number is released. Select Return to dashboard.
