Cancel your workspace

How cancellation works and what happens afterward.

Overview

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until then your assistant and texting number stay active. Afterward billing stops and your texting number is released.

  • Scroll to Cancel Workspace and select Cancel Workspace.
  • Type your workspace name exactly to confirm, then select Schedule cancellation. Select Keep my workspace to stop.
