When billing limits your workspace

What Payment needed, Automatic replies are paused, Workspace restricted and Plan canceled mean.

Overview

  • Payment needed to start: finish your first payment in onboarding.
  • Automatic replies are paused: a message balance is unpaid. Update your payment method in Billing.
  • Workspace restricted: only Billing stays available until payment is settled.
  • Payment needs attention: your renewal failed. Update your card with Manage payment method.
  • Plan canceled: this workspace is closed. You can start a new plan whenever you are ready.
